Our School

We are the first Classical Christian School in Scotland. The 'classical' approach integrates biblical truth into the curriculum, following the Trivium–a three-phase learning process that includes grammar, logic, and rhetoric. We emphasise academic excellence, and at its core, this excellence is firmly rooted in a biblical worldview.

Our Vision

As Christians, our primary purpose revolves around the glorious gospel and our hope in the resurrected and exalted Christ. However, our surrounding culture often opposes these values. Our heartfelt desire is to witness churches becoming increasingly courageous in proclaiming these truths and advancing God’s kingdom in Scotland. To achieve this, we must invest in families–specifically, in how we teach and raise our children according to God’s Word. Our goal is to equip them to engage with the world, shaping its culture through a Christ-centred, biblical perspective.

A WORD FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Since August 2025 Mr Tiley, teacher, and Mrs Herbert, Administrator/Classroom Assistant, have been joined in school by Mrs Noble, our Educational Advisor, setting up and teaching the infant curriculum. At the end of January 2026 Mrs Abatan started her role as the school administrator and classroom assistant.
The Board of Directors continues to work on many tasks to ensure the best framework for the school and we have now also instigated the School and Parents Management Committee. We have been very ably supported by our Educational Advisor, Elizabeth Noble, and by the leadership of Grace Baptist Church Aberdeen. We have completed extensive building works in the building so that we can accommodate larger numbers of pupils. We have applied, and been successful, in raising our maximum pupil limit from 15 to 45.
Our first Inspection report from His Majesty’s Inspectors of Education was published on 16th December 2025. It was an extremely positive report. The school’s leadership was very highly praised and our curriculum, learning and teaching, safeguarding, and other areas also received significant praise.
You can find the Inspection Summary of Findings here."
